Solar Azteca is a program designed to inform Latino communities about the benefits of Solar Energy within schools, homes, offices, etc. Working with local government, environmentalists, and municipally owned utility companies, the Institute acts as a liaison between the Latino community and the aforementioned entities to promote subsidies for those who adopt solar energy programs within their communities. WCVI addresses critical national issues for which solar energy technologies offer significant contributions.
