Licensed People to People Seminar to Cuba

WCVI will host several tours in 2015 to Cuba with each trip designed to immerse participants through a week of dialogues with Cuban farmers, workers, artists, micro-entrepreneurs, professionals, and students as legally licensed educational travelers. These tours are designed for US Citizens/residents interested in learning about Cuban civil society through direct interactions conducted through a full time schedule of activities.

Not included:

Cuban Departure Taxes $25.00 USD
Checked baggage fees if applicable: $20.00 per checked bag
Excess weight baggage fees if applicable: $2.00 per lb (above 44 lbs of total luggage weight carryon and checked combined)

Important Dates:
A $500 deposit is due from each traveler by May 26th with the trip balance due by June 5th. Travel documents are due by June 1st.

Airfare to Miami is not included, nor is the Cuban departure tax.
WCVI reserves the right to cancel trips of less than 20 travelers. Such cancellations will receive a full refund.
Minors must be at least 14 years of age and be accompanied by parent.
